History
Started in 1947 and incorporated in 1956, the Chet Adams Company is one of the oldest active manufacturers rep firms in the Carolinas.
The company was founded with the function of facilitating ventilation design for the textile industry as well as to supply pneumatic controls and has progressed through representation of chillers and custom air handling systems.
Presently, the Chet Adams Comany has been excelling in supplying 100% outside air make-up air units, energy recovery systems, filtration systems and specialty exhaust systems (i.e. vehicle exhaust, welding exhaust and dust collection).
Also, the Chet Adams Company was the first to advocate the use of fabric duct in lieu of sheet metal and was integral to its incorporation into the NC Building Code. We have unparrelled experience with the design and application of this product.
Designs of complete systems and equipment selections for all of the products we represent are done in our offices based on many years of practical application experience.
